Standing out means you are very unique ,special and endowed with grace that are rare to find around you or among your peers. You are not afraid to speak your mind at any given time because you are highly innovative. When you act contrary to these principles, it results in sameness and conformity.

Daniel was preferred above others. This literally mean to standout you need an excellent spirit in you to do the do the unusual and get unusual result to be an unusual being. Dare to be different, don't compare you with others and never try to fit in,

Do you ever think you can handle things on your own? Do you ever treat people poorly? If you can answer yes to either of these questions, you may be in danger of a very serious issue...... pride.

I think it's safe to say that most sin stems from pride.

 It's an independent spirit that wants to do its own thing without any authority or direction from anyone else.

On the other hand, a spirit of pride is often harsh, hard, sharp and pressing. I just don’t like to be around those kinds of people.

You can never please them, and enough is never enough
The truth is, in Proverbs 6:16-19, God lists seven things He hates—and one of those things is pride. So how can we refuse to let pride take root in our lives?

The only way to uproot pride is humility—freedom from pride and arrogance, a modest estimation of your own worth.

It doesn't mean you think lowly of yourself, but it means you are very careful not to think more highly of yourself than you ought to.

In Matthew 11:29, Jesus says, Learn of me for I am humble. He then goes on to describe Himself as gentle, meek and lowly. I just think all of those character traits are so beautiful.

Don't be in too big of a hurry to be in the limelight somewhere, to have your name on the office door at work or to have somebody call you the boss or the leader.

God will choose who He puts where, and if He puts you there, then be humble about it and do what He asks you to do.

To truly live a confident, humble life, you'll need to remember where your abilities come from. The more talented you are, the more humble you should become.

It should amaze you that God would put those gifts in you. It should amaze you that God would enable you to do anything. It's only with that attitude that God's glory can be fully shown through your life.

It may look turbulent initially; it may be rough and look most uncertain and unlikely to favor us but the victory is still sure.

By divine planning, we are assured of the upper hand and at the right time things will begin to take the shape God intends for it.

The Bible says that the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10).

We’ve all experienced excruciating loss in this life whether it was something that belonged to you or a relationship that didn’t quite last. Can you remember the agonizing feeling when you realized the magnitude of what was taken from you? 

Now imagine you’re given the opportunity to not only reestablish what was lost but to also gain more.

What a gift!
The Bible says that the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). 

But because we serve a faithful God, we also find in Scripture that He wants to abundantly restore what we’ve lost:

Think of a season in your life where you felt deprived or defeated by the enemy.
Maybe your health was jeopardized, your purity was stolen, or you felt void of joy.

Perhaps you’re walking through that season right now.

I assure you, God wants you to live life in all its fullness.
It is easy to lose hope in periods of suffering.

When we hold onto the Lord’s promises and reclaim what has been taken from us, we will receive double the return, which results in a life replete with blessings and restoration. We must fight for what is ours and steward it well.

Will you declare this promise over your life right now? No matter the extent of your loss, God is able to renew and take it back.

It's not about what we don't have; it's about being determined to never, ever, give up- Prophet Israel Oladele

Every time God is ready to bring us higher, there is going to be new opposition that comes against us. It could be something we've dealt with in the past that comes back against us in a stronger way than before—or something new that we've never dealt with.

If we plan to progress in life, we need to know that there's a price to pay.

The scripture tells us how important it is to have patience when we're changing and facing opposition. Patience is a fruit of the Spirit that only develops and grows under trial, and is something we need. James 1:4 says that when we have it, we're perfect, lacking nothing.

However, there's just no way to get it without going through something to receive it.

God wants us to be blessed. He wants us to prosper.

To do this, we need to find out what the guidelines and the spiritual laws are, that leads to prosperity and blessing. And there's one thing that stands between knowing and doing:

Pain. Pain is not just a physical or emotional thing—there is also the pain of obedience. For example, if we hear about giving, and then go home and God puts it on our heart to give away a favorite possession, we're going to feel some pain. Our flesh is not going to cheer us on.

Let's choose to be doers of the Word so that progress and blessing will come into our lives. And let's be willing to push through the pain of opposition, because there's no such thing as a drive-through breakthrough. With steadfast determination and patience, we will continually move forward in our walk with God.

Remember, it's not about what we don't have; it's about being determined to never, ever, give up.

God is the one behind our increase- Prophet Israel Oladele

Sometimes, we think that the increase or success which we enjoy is the result of our own efforts or hard work. Now, I am not advocating laziness, but the truth is that God is the one behind our increase.

We see this truth when we read the story of Ruth, a young widow from Moab, who worked as a gleaner in a barley field from morning till evening.

Now, we could attribute the entire ephah—a substantial 10-day supply—of barley she collected at the end of the day to her hard work. After all, she did work all day in the field.

But when we read about how Boaz, the owner of the field, had secretly told his reapers to “let grain from the bundles fall purposely for her; leave it that she may glean” (Ruth 2:16), we know that it was because of Boaz’s intervention that Ruth ended up with so much.

I believe that Jesus, our heavenly Boaz, does the same thing for us today. He causes people to favor us and “drop” blessings on us because He loves us. Then, He causes us to “pick up” these blessings. Often, it happens so seemingly naturally we forget that it is the Lord who has blessed us with the increases.

My friend, your hard work is not behind your increase. The Bible tells us that it is “God who gives the increase.” He is the one who is behind your increase and He delights in blessing you because He loves you!

Increase and multiplication are the portions of God’s people- Prophet Israel Oladele

INCREASE means to make greater in number, size, strength, or quantity.

It is a result of God’s blessing on His covenant people.

God has a covenant with His people to increase us and our seeds continually. According to the Scriptures, Increase and multiplication are the portions of God’s people. Isaac blessed Jacob as follows:

Therefore may God give you of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine. Exodus 1:7 reveals that the children of Israel even in a foreign land were “fruitful and increased abundantly, multiplied and grew exceedingly mighty”.

 Isaac prospered in a foreign land in the midst of a severe drought (Gen.26:12). Jesus came that we may enjoy ever-increasing life of God (John 10:10).

Being a Good Leader is also a Balancing acts- Prophet Israel Oladele

Good leaders are trailblazers, making a path for others to follow. Great leaders, however, inspire their people to reach higher, dream bigger, and achieve greater. Perhaps the most important leadership skill you can develop is the ability to provide inspiration to your team. If you inspire them to reach for the stars, they just might bring you back the moon.

Being a Good Leader is also a Balancing acts, your leadership strategy should never rely on just one type of management. It might at first feel like walking a tightrope, but soon balancing multiple leadership attributes will become second nature, and allow you to lead in multiple dimensions.
